Glenn brings more than?a decade of multi-faceted trade association government affairs experience to the Montana office of Strategies 360.
Most recently, Glenn served as government relations director for the Montana Chamber of Commerce where he oversaw all lobbying efforts at the state policy-making level. He successfully marshaled key legislative priorities through a divided Legislature and Executive. In addition to lobbying, he directed political communications, coalition building, PAC management and electioneering and grassroots engagement. Glenn produced the Chamber’s legislative and judicial voting reviews and planned and executed public policy forums designed to educate Chamber members, legislators and the general public. He also developed the Chamber’s annual Power-Base survey to gauge voter opinions on important business issues.
Glenn started his government affairs career in Helena as government affairs director with the Montana Association of REALTORS in 2004. Over his nearly eight years with the REALTORS, he worked closely with members to advance controversial land use regulatory reform. Glenn also has experience lobbying at the local level of government. He served as government affairs director for the Billings Association of REALTORS before representing that industry at the state level. In this capacity, he helped the REALTORS obtain appointments to important local boards and commissions. He also played a key role in getting a roadway improvement bond adopted by voters to establish north-south arterials in the heart of Billings.
Glenn is a graduate from University of Montana in Missoula, with a bachelor’s degree in political science and history. He and his wife Courtney have two teenagers, Ethan and Maddie.
